Sean's new charity single "Still In Love With You / I'll Never Forget You" out now! Download MP3 now.
The end result is simply exceptional. What more can I say about a super performance of a classic song. As great as the opening track and performance is, it is the second song "I'll Never Forget You" (Sean O'Connor) that I couldn't get out of my head. Convincingly emotional, but not over the top, this song has an unforgettable hook you will be singing to yourself long after the CD has ended.

Sean's careful recording of this Thin Lizzy classic and fan favourite is testimony to the regard Sean holds for Philip Lynott. It's not easy to tamper with perfection but in taking on this song, Sean has shown his skills as an arranger by taking almost 4 minutes off the original but crucially, without taking away from the simplicity and beauty of the song. When I played it on the radio show recently a text arrived to the show saying "I had to turn up the car radio when this song came on. I didn't know who was singing it as it sounded so like Philip or Gary Moore. This is the best cover version of a Thin Lizzy song that I have ever heard"Sean's respect for the song and its creator is reflected in the fact that all proceeds from sales of this single will be passed on to the Roisín Dubh Trust as his way of saying thanks to Philip for all the support and encouragement he gave him in years past.Do your ears and CD collection a favour and get this release.
